Kim Dean
Founder and CEO
Kim oversees Apollo’s administrative, operational, and external relations functions. He is responsible for ensuring that our team members are equipped to excel in their roles and for driving our strategic priorities.
Kim earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
Kristen Vaughn
VICE PRESIDENT OF CLINICAL OPERATIONS
Kristen Vaughn leads Apollo’s clinical services and ensures that our team of highly trained clinicians consistently delivers excellent services.
Prior to joining Apollo, she was the Program Director of Including Kids, Inc., a Behavioral Health Certificate of Excellence accredited non-profit provider of ABA services in Humble, Texas.
Kristen earned a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, where she studied under Dr. Dorothea Lerman, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Auburn University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Sarah Trautman
Board Member
Sarah helps shape our strategy. She is the former owner and CEO of STE Consultants, an Oakland, CA-based provider of in-home and center-based ABA therapy services. Sarah founded STE Consultants in 2004 and successfully lead the company for 15-years.
Sarah is the former President and current Development Consultant of the California Association for Behavior Analysis, is a Founding Board Member of the Council of Autism Service Providers, and Director of Development for the Behavior Analyst Leadership Council. She is a frequent speaker on managing companies in ABA, and has presented at more than 30 conferences within the US and Internationally.
Sarah earned a Master’s degree in Special Education from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Gonzaga University and is a Board CertifiedBehavior Analyst. She is passionate about supporting the field of Behavior Analysis and Beyoncé.
