Why Stockbridge Families Choose Apollo Behavior

Henry County parents need more than clinical credentials. They need consistent autism services in Stockbridge from a provider who stays consistent when life gets busy. Here’s what sets Apollo Behavior apart:

  • Never canceled a client session, so families can count on consistency.

  • Small BCBA caseloads for close, individualized attention, not a regional chain approach.

  • Insurance accepted, including Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, and Optum, to keep care accessible.

The individualized ABA therapy your child deserves doesn’t require a drive into Atlanta.

ABA Therapy Programs Built for Stockbridge Children

At Apollo Behavior, our Stockbridge autism services are delivered through a structured, play-based, one-on-one program. Every child begins with a clinical assessment, and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst designs a plan around their strengths, adjusting it as progress unfolds.

Core areas of focus include:

  • Communication and language development: building functional words, phrases, and expressive skills.

  • School readiness and early learning: foundational concepts for Henry County classroom routines.

  • Social interaction and play: guided, play-based activities that build peer connections.

  • Behavior support and transitions: navigating schedule changes and daily routines with confidence.

  • Daily living skills: building independence in self-care and morning routines.

  • Family collaboration: regular progress updates and caregiver coaching that keep you involved.

How We Teach at Our Stockbridge Center

Every child’s program at our Stockbridge center includes Relational Frame Theory (RFT), a way of teaching children to connect ideas so they can understand things they were never directly taught. For example, a child who learns that a dime is worth more than a nickel, and a quarter more than a dime, can work out that a quarter is worth more than a nickel. Your child’s BCBA measures these skills with the PEAK assessment when they start and every month after that. Learn how RFT works.

Results: 72% of clients who stay with us at least 12 months graduate to school, and 84% of those who start at age 3 or younger. See our outcomes.

Insurance we accept: Anthem, Cigna, Optum, Kaiser, Aetna, and Georgia Medicaid. See our insurance and Medicaid guides.

Parents receive regular updates throughout, so you stay an active partner in your child's progress.

Yes, insurance requires a formal autism diagnosis before ABA therapy can begin. If your child doesn't have one yet, Apollo Behavior offers diagnostic evaluations in-house, so you can start that step with us. If your child was just diagnosed, our guide to what to do after an autism diagnosis in Georgia walks you through the first steps.

Many of our centers bring in speech and occupational therapy partners who see children on site, so your child can get those services in the same building as their ABA therapy. When you call, we'll tell you what's available at the Stockbridge center and help you get it set up.

Your child works one-on-one with a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) throughout the day, with their BCBA on site supervising. Sessions mix play-based learning, small-group activities with other children, and practice of everyday skills such as communication, mealtimes and transitions. Our centers are open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
