Rachel Cole
Director of Clinical Excellence at Apollo Behavior
Rachel Cole is Director of Clinical Excellence at Apollo Behavior, where she helps guide clinical quality, supervision, and individualized ABA care for children with autism. Apollo describes its model as highly personalized, with Board Certified Behavior Analysts overseeing small caseloads and one-on-one therapy delivered by RBT-certified direct-care staff. Rachel began her ABA career as an RBT in 2017, drawn to direct work with children and families after earning a psychology degree. She became a BCBA in 2020 and later joined Apollo, where she provided direct BCBA services, before moving into clinical leadership for the past four years.
Rachel’s leadership philosophy centers on relationship-building, ethical practice, and helping clinicians grow while keeping each child’s best interests at the center of care. In her clinical perspective, high-quality ABA depends on human judgment, contextual understanding, and strong supervision—not shortcuts. Her approach aligns with Apollo’s stated emphasis on integrity, excellence, servant leadership, and holistic outcomes for families.
