Christina Nylander, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, is Regional Director of Operations at Apollo Behavior, where she applies clinical ABA experience to multi-center operations, team development, and quality-focused service delivery. Apollo provides individualized ABA therapy for children with autism, with master’s- or PhD-level BCBAs designing treatment programs and overseeing therapy delivered through center-based and related service models.Christina began working in applied behavior analysis in 2016 in the Bay Area, providing therapy to children and adolescents in home, community, and daycare settings. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2019, moving into treatment planning, clinical supervision, and leadership of RBT teams.
At Apollo, Christina’s work has grown from clinical leadership into regional operations, where she uses organizational behavior management to support teams, strengthen supervision systems, and improve outcomes across multiple centers. She monitors data such as BCBA supervision, client attendance, safety, retention, and service consistency, using those insights to help clinical directors and operations managers remove barriers for families and support staff more effectively. Her leadership approach is shaped by mentorship from Apollo senior leaders and by a practical focus on adapting to insurance and operational changes without compromising clinical quality or employee experience.
