ABA Therapy in Georgia has many support groups available to family members who are needing assistance, within these groups, families are able to get insight and support outside of the Clinic and build their local Autism Community.  Below are several groups that can assist you and your families needs throughout the years to come!

Spectrum Autism Support Group was established in 1998 to provide support, education and resources for individuals and families impacted by autism. Spectrum currently serves over 1,500 families in Gwinnett County and the surrounding Metro Atlanta area and has become a well-known resource in the Autism community. Support groups, summer day camps, overnight camps, social skills groups, respite, community training, and family events are offered for all ages and abilities

Parent to Parent of Georgia is a support group that offers a variety of services to Georgia families impacted by disabilities or special healthcare needs. It aims to be the source of choice for support, information, education, and leadership development for Georgians with disabilities or special health care needs, ages birth to 26, and their families

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention provides information on autism prevalence, screening and diagnosis of autism, autism treatments, and other articles on ASD

The Arc of Georgia is a support group that works alongside people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to promote and protect human rights for all


Autism Plan for Georgia is an advocacy group that works to ensure that high quality, family-centered, comprehensive, and coordinated systems of services and supports are accessible and available to all children with autism and related disorders

The Autism Research Institute helps empower individuals and families affected by autism through research and online education. They pursue biological research on the causes and potential treatments for autism spectrum disorder, and their website has a host of helpful resources

Autism Speaks is the largest autism advocacy organization in the United States, and their website contains lots of resources for families, professionals, and others
