Our Commitment to Excellence in ABA Therapy

At Apollo Behavior, we are not just a therapy center; we are pioneers in ABA therapy, dedicated to setting new standards in the industry. Here’s why our approach makes a difference:

Unmatched Reliability

We understand the importance of consistency in therapy. That’s why we have a steadfast policy against canceling sessions. Our commitment ensures that every child receives uninterrupted and dependable support tailored to their developmental timeline.

Above and Beyond Industry Standards

At Apollo Behavior, surpassing the norm is our norm. Our treatment programs are not only comprehensive but are designed to exceed the strictest industry standards, ensuring we provide the highest level of care available.

Comprehensive Success Metrics

We believe in the power of holistic improvement. Our metrics extend beyond traditional skill acquisition to include significant enhancements in quality of life, substantial reductions in caregiver stress, and overall family well-being. This multifaceted measurement approach ensures that our impacts are profound and lasting.

Investment in Our Centers

Each of our centers is more than just a physical space—it’s a nurturing environment designed to stimulate learning and growth. We continuously invest in our facilities to create welcoming, safe, and engaging spaces that children are excited to visit, and parents feel comfortable and confident in.

Exceptional Client Satisfaction

Our dedication to quality and care is reflected in our Client Net Promoter Score (NPS), which has consistently been over 90% since our inception—a figure substantially higher than the industry average. This level of client satisfaction underscores our commitment to the families we serve and our effectiveness in meeting their needs.

At Apollo Behavior, we believe in the power of servant leadership. Our senior leadership, led by our Founder and CEO, Kim Dean, is committed to serving our team members, equipping them to excel in their roles and driving our strategic priorities.

Our leadership team is not just about leading; it’s about serving. How Services are started

Starting The Process

We understand that your child’s autism diagnosis is uncharted territory. We’re here to walk hand in hand with you and your family as you navigate life as a parent of a child with autism. Through center-based ABA therapy with Apollo Behavior, your child will learn the skills they need to develop, grow, learn to communicate, and become more independent. As a parent or caregiver, we’ll help you develop the tools you need to meet your child’s specific needs.

When you decide to begin center-based ABA therapy for your child, you can expect the following process to occur:

Insurance Benefit Verification

We’ll work with you and your insurance company to verify coverage, and we’ll advocate for your child to ensure that they receive all the necessary services that they need to succeed in life.

01

Completion of Client Intake Packet

You’ll fill out your child’s intake packet, which will ensure that we have all the information we need to start your child on the path to success.

03

BCBA Completes Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP)

After assessment comes development of your child’s ITP. This plan will be carefully thought out, and your child’s BCBA will take into account every concern you have as a parent. The ITP might evolve over time as your child’s needs and skills change.

05

Tour of the Apollo Behavior Facility

We’ll take you and your family on a tour of the facility where your child will receive treatment. This is a chance for your child to see where they’ll be spending their time, and it’s also an opportunity for any member of the family to ask questions about anything related to our center and services.

02

Assessment by BCBA with Client and Caregivers

One of our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts will complete an assessment. This lays the groundwork for services tailored to your child’s exact needs and your goals and concerns for your child.

04

Treatment Begins

Your child will start treatment in our center. Working with their BCBA and behavior technician, your child will officially begin receiving the exact services they need.
